Terms and Condition
All prices are in EUR. Value added tax and other fees are included. On your GlobiSMS account, your EUR are exchanged into credits. You use credits to pay for your subscription and SMS-messages. Payment is processed via VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and DIBS Dankort.

 Changes in prices and circumstances

Changes in prices and circumstances are made public at www.globisms.com, via email and via SMS-messages. Changes for the better for the customer are implemented without notification. 

Your responsibility

GlobiSMS can not be held accountable for losses on your credits account in the case of disclosure of username and password. If you suspect that others have obtained access to your account, you are urged to change your password as soon as possible. You must also get in touch with GlobiSMS at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . In the case of suspected fraud, measures will be taken as soon as possible. If the investigation shows that there has been no fraud, then GlobiSMS will maintain that the use has been correct until a police related investigation shows the opposite, in which case you can not be held liable. In all such cases, GlobiSMS will turn over the investigation to the police authorities.

Rest credits

Should you wish to quit using GlobiSMS and you still have credits on your account, these credits will fall back to GlobiSMS. 

Responsibility

All usage of GlobiSMS services is the customer's own responsibility. GlobiSMS takes no responsibility for the contents of the SMS messages, be it the correctness, legality etc. that the customer either sends or receives. GlobiSMS can thus not be held responsible for losses--neither directly nor indirectly. GlobiSMS can neither be held responsible for nonconcrete violations or other issues that may arise as a result of the customer's own actions. GlobiSMS can not be held accountable for losses or other circumstances that arise due to a lack of access to services or information on the internet. This is the case whether the lack of access is caused by system down time, other circumstances at GlobiSMS or force majeure, for instance strike or lockout. GlobiSMS maintains surveillance of all information that is published on GlobiSMS' webpage, but GlobiSMS can not be held liable for failures of any sort, including financial losses. GlobiSMS can not be held responsible for losses due to private enterprises on part of the customer or losses due to a lack of access to GlobiSMS services because of cancellation of subscription. Should the customer demand compensation from GlobiSMS, then indirect losses, consequences, profit losses, lost income or other financial losses are not included, including loss of data, damage to things or demands of compensation from a third party. Any violation of these terms that incurs extra costs will be passed over to the customer to pay. It is the customer’s own responsibility to keep updated about which terms and conditions are valid at any point in time.
